We have designed a range of experiential chocolate products that utilise our IP from neurogastronomic research that we are currently undertaking with the University of the West of England. To capitalise on the learning from this period of R&D, we would like to commission an expert report offering market intelligence in how best to practically work with the world’s rarest cocoa beans that will be central to our company’s USP. This will include the creation of a short run prototype bar that will allow us to test our assumptions about working with this unusual ingredient. We do not have the capacity in house to perform this kind of experimental development and would like to work with The Chocolate Tree in Edinburgh to access this unique intelligence.
