The technology for food production has hardly changed over many years. This project will look at the feasibility of producing food for immediate high street consumption that is produced faster and more efficiently than currently possible. It is expected that the benefits will occur for the consumer, the supplier and also for UK Plc as the proposed solution will generate IPR and revenues worldwide.
