Poor mental health affects millions of people around the world and has increased in the UK since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic; its cost to employers has risen to £35B, but efforts to address it pay generous dividends.

TIO improves both the wellbeing and the productivity of its users, harnessing AI to help them understand their subconscious thoughts and emotions which gives its users a choice on _how_ to deal with them, putting them in control of their mental & emotional wellbeing.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
