Currently, voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant use data from sources like Google and Wikipedia to provide instant answers to simple queries. However, when a question is more complex, or contextual, or phrased in a certain way, voice assistants are not as effective (McClean &amp;amp; Frimpong, 2019). Anyone is a voice platform that utilises the latest academic findings in conversation design (Pangaro, 2019) to access previously untapped human knowledge, and merges it with an advanced machine learning model to distribute that knowledge on-demand, and at scale.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
