We want to know if over 65s and their families would want to use digital technology both to help them stay in touch more easily with their families and also increase the activities they might do. We also want to know what would make over 65s use digital products and what puts them off. Some data from digital products could be shared with families/friends to help prevent a health problem becoming a crisis. We want to know if people want us to do that and what is the best way to do it - what factors would make it desirable. We will listen to and work with over 65s and their families throughout this whole project to find out their views and help us think about what these services could be. This will help us decide if we could develop new services that people would pay for. If we can show that people over 65 and their families would buy this service, we will look into ways to deliver this in a sustainable manner that aligns with user preferences.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
