Since 2005, we have developed and launched multiple patented products and continue to invest heavily in R&D.

Our core technology, CCT, is part of a new class of materials called GCCM (Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats). GCCM are flexible fabrics which encapsulate a dry concrete powder blend which can be unrolled on-site, typically over an earth structure and sprayed with water to set into a hard, fibre reinforced concrete layer. Our GCCM are used to replace conventional concrete for erosion control applications where typically they provide a 50% embodied CO2e saving.

Our core markets are in Civil Infrastructure, Mining, and the Petrochemical sector. All our products are manufactured in the UK with sales to over 100 countries ~90% of sales into export markets.

Our products are protected by 95 patents (pending or granted) worldwide through 26 territories. CC owns all the IP for our GCCM and has freedom to operate globally.

Our latest product, called CCX, was launched in 2022\.

The objective is to develop a novel production line capable of increasing existing production volume and reliability, enabling access to larger scale projects and furthering market share.

The use of our GCCM products is rapidly increasing with existing sales in over 100 countries through a network of 60 sales partners. Our products are already used by some of the world largest multinationals such as BP, Exxon and Rio Tinto and we therefore already have a clear pathway to implement the research to improve production of our CCX product and increase project scope, aiming to address inefficient water transport and realising an eCO2 saving globally.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
