The team already uses the OpenSpace platform as a data-driven support tool to inform day-to-day operations and forward planning. This new functionality will empower the team to understand and respond to the new challenges posed by the post-COVID19 world. The platform will enable them to better plan, monitor, predict and communicate station performance as government advice changes and passenger levels vary. As the team starts to use and understand the new social distancing metrics it will be able to share with the wider world and feed into a broader debate on applying the principles at a network level.

The “Extension for Impact” funding will enable beta testing of the social-distancing monitoring tools to increase speed to market and extend positive impacts.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
