We are a technology company, operating at the intersection of fintech and edtech, with a mission to support young people to become employment ready and financially savvy. We have successfully launched our digital product in the UK and it is scaling rapidly, with around 10,000 young people signing-up to the platform each month.

Our project will further support our growth ambitions - through an 8-month project the copilot will:

* Support enhanced supplier-customer matching, utilising assignment request data from customers, data from suppliers and our own datasets
* Assist our Gen Z suppliers with structured task-management, scheduling and digital content tools.

Through the implementation of these tools we expect to see enhanced productivity, improved customer satisfaction and reduced reliance on intervention by our team, accelerating our growth.

The impact of our approach is evidence-based, through ongoing involvement in UK Government-backed innovation pilots around building digital skills and, as growth partner for the Department for Education, providing students with meaningful paid employment experience.

This competition builds on the team's impressive track record, where our cofounder Zara was named as a Women in Innovation award winner and subsequently the team/company has claimed several other awards, including overall winner of a global female fintech competition, sponsored by Google, Atos and Deutsche Bank.

Our ambition is to use the technology developed through this project to assist in scaling the business to worldwide audiences.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
