In the first phase of the creation, Mediaworks have already created a platform that collects data from various internal systems and external sources and scalably unifies these into our data store. Powering all reporting and tooling within the agency.

During the next evolution of the project, Mediaworks aim to develop and deploy a suite of intelligent models to generate unique insights at scale. The first phase will focus on three main areas: keyword clustering and categorisation, intent classification, and topical relevance.

Keyword clustering and categorisation will involve grouping keywords based on their meaning and relevance to specific topics, determined from a web structure or business flow. Intent classification will focus on understanding the intention behind a user's search behaviour, based on the context of that business and that market. Topical relevance will determine the relevance of a piece of content or data to a specific topic or theme, aiding in the relevance of all activity from content creation to PR activity.

The project will also include creating tooling and dashboards in the custom user-friendly portal for both internal users and end users. This project is highly innovative and ambitious, and something that we believe to be unique in the agency landscape.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
