10168067Hospital to Community AcceleratorClosedCollaborative R&DInnovate UKThis accelerator programme will support early-stage innovations that enable healthcare to move beyond traditional hospital settings and into the community. Our goal is to identify and support breakthrough early stage startups, at the validation stage, developing solutions that make care more accessible, preventative and patient centred. This includes areas such as remote monitoring, at-home diagnostics, community-based care models and digital tools that reduce pressure on hospitals. Over the course of the programme, we will work closely with up to 10 startups, providing investment readiness support, expert-led workshops, access to a network of healthcare leaders and venture capitalists, and tailored one-to-one mentoring. The programme is designed and delivered by Founders Factory, one of the UK's leading startup builders and accelerators, in partnership with UKRI. Startups selected for the programme will also join Founders Factory's wider healthtech ecosystem and alumni community. By supporting innovation across the health and care pathway, this accelerator aims to build a stronger and more sustainable healthcare system where more care happens earlier, locally and with better outcomes for patients.
