Offering backgrounds in entrepreneurship and academic research, the founders of this project intend to generate a unique AI development coach that could allow remote teams to work together more efficiently by helping align core values, resulting in increased employee engagement and retention. In addition to remote teams, this innovation should further address mental wellbeing issues posed by COVID-19, and generate a year-5 post-project revenue of £18M.
