Furthermore, the methods we currently use are sustainable challenges: cubicle housing systems are commonly used in the industry and lead to huge amounts of slurry being produced which is a significant environmental threat. Here, we will use carbon-based materials currently going into landfill to make new solutions for compost-bedded pack yards and make recipes of these sustainable, up-cycled materials for improved health and welfare of dairy cattle, as well as the environment.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
