Investment has been raised to build the technology, global distribution (including VR/XR), assemble a team (including former director ITV's pay-per-view box office, and commercial director BritBox International), test functionality, and complete deals with theatre productions, dance groups, Universal Music Group and more to make historic captured performances available to buy on a pay-per-view basis.

This funding is for proof of concept, progressing the business from prototype to fully commercial. We will film, edit, & produce upcoming performances from orchestra and ballet, and independently produce a new series for stand-up comedy to create new digital assets and IP.

The commercial model sees transactional, pay-per-view revenue and data (subject to GDPR) shared equally and equitably with the arts organisation to help their growth and develop new future performances for capture and release on StagePlayer+ in an ongoing cycle for the long term.

This generates valuable IP and we have mapped out a route to commercialising and monetising this, with partners identified, engaged and waiting for us.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
