Bulky, high-value and time-sensitive goods make up 20% of the global supply chain market. Merchants rely on specialist vertical-specific logistics suppliers, with 57% still using legacy providers. However, their services are fragmented and are not online. Their deficiencies lead to errors, problems with customs compliance, prolonged planning time and increased costs. These particularly impact SMEs managing international multi-vendor solutions and reduce customer satisfaction. Without a solution, sellers' scalability could be hampered. Increased costs and an inability to adjust to follow industry developments could reduce competitiveness and lead to less revenue.

To address these challenges, Tokoney is developing a cloud-based specialist logistic services platform integrating on-demand inventory, efficient logistics and automated project and liability management tools for goods requiring customised solutions.

Tokoney's solution integrates digital freight and legacy service providers. By digitising the entire supply chain, it streamlines and optimises operations. The platform offers immediate standardised service quotations and effective complex, cross-border logistics and storage management. It saves 80% of time by automating manual tasks and reduces logistics costs by 30% by optimising vendors. Tokoney's innovative solution aligns with the UK government's Digital Strategy, fostering world-class digital infrastructure.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
