The program provides workshops and training in a safe studio environment, thereby overcoming barriers to entry such as access, affordability, gatekeeping, and discrimination. Scholarships will be available for students to travel to Brighton so that they may engage in hands-on skill development in a welcoming space with immersive sound technology. Women will lead the training, thus serving as role models for the cohort.
