Thousands of rural and agricultural events including county shows, local festivals and street markets are held across the UK every year with millions of the public attending and local traders from all backgrounds selling food, crafts and more.

To assist with the huge challenge of organising these events, often done by charitable volunteers, SetupPlanner is a specialised software designed to streamline the organisation process for traders and exhibitors from their initial application to being mapped out on an event floor plan.

By working with organisers and admin staff, we aim to keep these historic events alive so that they can continue to thrive whilst educating the public and keeping everyone interested in the rural lifestyle and agriculture.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
