The Swing Box and Swing App, provide users with on-demand access to affordable, high-quality, strength training equipment on a pay-as-you-go basis and a free library of workout content. Swing Boxes are being installed in green spaces across the UK, to create a high-density network of strength training equipment, that is accessible to all. Through this project, we will be extending the functionality of the Swing App and generating additional user centric workout content, to meet the needs of a much wider user base.
