With many turning to self-representation, Valla is an online platform improving access to justice and directly benefiting individual lives, marginalised communities and the UK economy. This project will scale Valla's most recent innovation, a GenAI-assisted case assessment, to support tens of thousands of cases so that all UK consumers can understand their legal options at an affordable price.
