In both cases waste heat will be recycled to be used again in other localised manufacturing processes and water will be re-cycled . This will reduce costs in the food processing sector (including perishables). It will do this by reducing energy and water use costs as well as reducing the environmental footprint of the commodities produced. These novel technologies will have application in various processes in a diverse range of UK and international industries</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
