Tasks that were until recently the preserve of skilled practitioners can increasingly be done to a similar standard by Generative AI, and in a fraction of the time and cost. To thrive in this new world, creative businesses need to re-imagine how they add value to their clients, understand how to harness these tools into their workflows, unlock a culture of innovation, upskill their people, and re-organise their teams around transformed processes. We aim to help companies adopt Generative AI by using our proprietary AI Skills Accelerator programme to guide their leadership and upskill their team, including role-based training and toolkit.
