Such a tool would enable organisations to avoid the use of expensive consultancy to carry out lengthy and optioneering studies and quickly focus in on the best option for the route being developed. This fesaibility would be followed by a Phase 2 project that develops a minimum viable product that cna quickly enter the market place.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
