While existing EHR systems often overlook the specific needs of nurses, Kairos is designed from the ground up to support nursing staff using globally recognised clinical frameworks such as NANDA-I, NIC, and NOC. The system has already demonstrated its value in Italian health settings, reducing missed care by \>50% and documentation time by \>60%.

This Growth Catalyst project focuses on developing a new predictive staffing optimisation module that integrates directly into NHS electronic health record systems. The innovation lies in the use of generative AI and real-time data to forecast nurse deployment needs dynamically, a capability not offered by current workforce tools.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
