Using WRAP's expertise, the company have been able to identify and source materials for recycling not only for their own packaging consumption but for others. This will require some investment in equipment as production runs develop. However at this stage the company are able to use what is probably the only existing mill in the UK that can do short production runs of 100% recycled card, namely Frogmore paper mill. The company have had initial training at the facility and have some samples to start their packaging designs before contemplating investing in equipment to manufacture in-house. Ten Green Bottles have therefore identified the need for external expertise to support the installation, implementation, production and the technical and commercial issues for the card processing.
