This is a phase I/IIa study designed to determine the safety, toxicity and tolerability of ColoAd1 and the clinical benefit and potential efficacy of ColoAd1 as a single agent and in combination with chemotherapy in women with recurrent platinum resistant ovarian cancer when administered intraperitoneally. Safety evaluations will be will be assessed using NCI CTCAE v4 and efficacy evaluations will be assessed using CT and [18F]-FDG PET/CT scans. A number of pharmacogenomics and biomarker assessments will also be performed.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
