Whilst it can be part of a normal developmental phase, and waiting is the initial treatment, it can be distressing for the patient and carers, and can continue for many months. Our approach should allow non-medical intervention with a more effective behavioural outcome, so avoids the side effects of drug-based approaches and provides immediate relief and better behavioural training for the patient.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
