As more businesses and services go online due to changes in consumer behaviour and the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a growing need for efficient digital communication between customers and companies. Retaining customer loyalty through effective customer support will increase revenue for businesses. Springbok's deep-learning platform uses natural language processing (NLP) and AI to provide an omnichannel low-code chatbot creation tool that benefits both businesses and their customers and drives enhanced customer service.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
