Unlike conventional methods, which are energy-intensive and produce only one product, this innovative enzymatic process aims to improve yield, efficiency, and value per tonne of seaweed while reducing waste. The study will provide feasibility data to help scale up UK seaweed processing and support coastal resilience, circular economy growth, and the transition to net zero.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
