**The MVP:** phase 1 or the minimum viable product stage of our solution is an app that allows users to generate highly personalised self-talk audios that teaches them how to talk to themselves (self-regulate) as a therapist would do.

**How are we unique:**

1. We deliver therapy through self-talk audios that feel like a guided meditation.

The algorithm behind the audio is based on the self-talk science used in performance sports and also it combines practices from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuropsychology, compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and breathwork.

2\. Selftalk audios are very personalised, based on initial questioning that understands the person emotional state in a specific area of life and the desired changes that the person wants to achieve.

The grant will be used to develop the minimum viable product of this solution as we already validated the concept with 812 users and 2 companies.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
