They are able to achieve this through their AI model which analyses more inclusive metrics such as past rent payment, property care records, income availability among others. Husmus are applying for the Innovate UK grant to support further development of their inclusive underwriting engine enabling the company to deepen its impact within the housing sector and expand to the wider finance sector.
