EngageM8's unique package helps operators to develop rapid rapport with callers and get them to engage quickly in meaningful conversations. As such the technology and training significantly improves the handling of customer service calls, sales calls and customer complaints. Improved human voice communications are particularly useful where stress is intrinsic to the conversation and so inhibits the outcome, such as complaints, difficult customer service calls and selling in a struggling economy. To date, the most likely first customers struggle with retaining sales after trial periods, converting leads after financial approval and upgrading customers from economy to executive class.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
