However, due to post-pandemic national/international healthcare-system strain, survivors are not receiving the support required to transition healthily back to a higher quality of life after treatment conclusion. Nutrition has been identified as the cornerstone of full recovery and an antidote to the multitude of detrimental symptoms (nausea, vomiting, anosmia, lack of appetite, vitamin/iron deficiencies) brought about by treatment, but currently, bespoke nutrition advice is only available via expensive, private nutritionist/registered dietitian appointments, reducing accessibility.

Field Doctor is developing a range of functional food-based frozen-meals, for stratified nutrition directed at breast-cancer survivors, focussed on NHS recommended, registered-dietitian-approved macronutrient and micronutrient-profiles tested on post-treatment breast-cancer patient-groups. Field Doctor's breast-cancer specific meal-plan will create clinician-approved, patient-group tested meal programmes, providing immune-support, reducing user-fatigue and contributing to healthier cardiovascular/blood-glucose support.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
