As highlighted in Sinead's TEDx Mental Health and Wellbeing talk, 'What's the Point Talking to People Anyway', and the chapter in the soon to be released book, 'Mental Wealth', we understand the power of lived and learned stories from everyday people and how they provide mental health support for others.

So we are proud that the Informed Minds App already features 400+ short curated videos from everyday people sharing with you how they manage different challenges, who they talked to and who they turned to for support. Qualified professionals also feature in the App via short authentic videos and we provide signposting to support services for those who need it. The Informed Minds App will be a hyper-personalised, one-for-all digital health solution that is easily navigated, localised & provide a researched digital health choice for those aged over 16 across any demographic. This will be the resource you recommend to anyone in your personal or professional world when life throws curve balls at them or if they seek to improve their wellbeing.

The Informed Minds App has been a finalist in a range of business awards across the UK highlighting our success as female innovators and entrepreneurs. Sisters, Sinead and Paula, have also co-authored a pre-publication piece on how early intervention can save lives and together they have a combined 35 years of local and international experience across the social work and education sectors.

The Informed Minds App can inform, educate and guide users on how to manage their own wellbeing and improve their self-care by directing them to appropriate, evidence-based resources and support services through the power of machine learning. Students, employees, and service users and patients can all benefit from safe, private, reliable access to information.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
