How Now Dairy (HND) has created an innovative business model and vertical integration strategy that is in complete contrast to this and is looking to disrupt the current status quo within UK dairy. Using technologies and methods of processing and packaging milk developed in-house to sell milk direct to customers. HND has already proven it is financially robust and continues to show growth, while being the first carbon negative dairy and milk delivery in the country. The aim of HND is to build a modular micro dairy that can be used on multiple farms across the UK. Each farm can then sell milk direct to consumers using our models for delivery and production. Therefore every HND farm would be carbon negative using compostable packaging. This is a new type of dairy farm, selling the highest quality milk to local people from a local farm, supporting local communities.
