The idea is to identify an innovative product or packaging concept that will enhance an existing and established ice cream brand. Such ideas will consider a sauce or custard that could compliment the current range of ice cream or look at a new and novel product such as a soup that could be made using existing equipment. The packaging of existing ice cream could be investigated to find a new and innovative design and concept.
