Better access to, and analysis of, open data in relation to empty homes and the local housing market will enable us to send bespoke letters to owners of empty properties, and also provide them with more detailed, relevant information in our Empty Homes Doctor reports. This relevant information will, we believe, engage more empty home owners, and thus help us to be more successful in bringing increasing numbers of empty homes back into use, in Leeds and elsewhere.
