Adadot is solving a significant unmet need to address the UK digital skills shortage, which is exacerbated by employees experiencing workplace burnout and leaving the profession. Adadot's analytics tool leverages passive data from collaboration and productivity tools already used by developer teams to proactively flag process blockages and alleviate employee burnout. A broader range of data and simplified access will enable leaders to manage remote teams more effectively and reduce employee turnover.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
