It is seeking funding to develop an innovative analytics and nudge engine to inform an existing mobile app prototype to actively improve internal communications and trust within organisations. This technology will support improvements in innovation and employee feedback by as much as 64% (Aequip, 2020), especially for deskless workers, and will improve inclusion in companies by allowing all employees to express themselves without fear of repercussion. This is particularly pertinent in light of ongoing COVID-19 dispersed working practices.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
