Led by Daedal Research LLP alongside Isles of Scilly Skybus and Somerset Council, FAS will assess the commercial potential of regional Zero Emission flight and the potential benefits for regional transportation.

Isles of Scilly Skybus is the only commercial airline based in the region and operates year-round services to the Isles of Scilly.

Somerset Council leads the Southwest Future Flight Innovation Zone, based in Yeovil which brings together local government, higher education and the aerospace industry to accelerate the development of future flight technologies.
