agreed terms to receive payment for services. The late payment culture in the UK is
detrimental to SMEs and the economy and must be addressed.
This submission proposes a simple technology solution which can address the problem.
The author is a chartered accountant, who also has four years of venture capital experience,
who is currently an owner of a small technology business which experiences the late payment
issue from its customers.
Passionate about delivering a solution, the author wishes to study the detail in a formal
manner and confirm the appetite for the technology before considering the best next steps for
development.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
