With a globally renowned team of industry and technology expertise, Happaning will further advance its patented technology through this Industrial Research project. **What's HAPPANING?**

_If a picture tells a thousand words and video a thousand pictures... Imagine a thousand videos._

Happaning lets content creators collaborate to produce multi-vantage experiences, viewers can move through. Their proprietary ViiVid (or multi-Vantage-Video) technology empowers users, to create and watch events/content from multiple vantage-points in real-time or on-demand making your video experiences, immersive, collaborative and embeddable in your favourite social media platforms, so anybody can relive the experience as if they're there. ViiVids will change what video means, bringing a huge advancement to the media format.

_Like Google Street View, but with video._

Experiencing a concert from the front row is different than from the back row. With ViiVids you can switch views to other perspectives, panning from your own to other people's viewpoints with a swipe of your finger in the desired direction of travel. You can then share this navigable experience with friends or upload to your favourite platform with no editing, after effects or costs. (See www.happaning.com for 90 sec explainer video.)

**The How:**

Using cutting edge Augmented Reality and trail-blazing video syncing methods, ViiVids (Multi-Vantage Videos), let you navigate between vantage points, allowing you to move inside the videos and see what's happening around you from the perspective of other users.

Currently, videos from different perspectives need to be clipped together and synchronised manually to get the same experience, and videos from one perspective are open to abuse (deep-fakes, careless editing, and plain misdirection). Happaning's technology shows you the whole picture from as many viewpoints as possible. ViiVids also verify time/place while detecting post-production edits. This transformative solution provides creators and viewers with a strong alternative to the current outdated video options.

**The Why: _"Let's tell it together"_**

Happaning's purpose and values centre on making media more collaborative, immersive and authentic. The mission is to disrupt the video value chain by achieving the vision of making ViiVids as ubiquitous as videos are today.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
