D-Xpert is an innovative technology which markets a low cost, effective and privacy-safe occupancy monitoring system. D-xpert is an AI-based recommender system that automates the building data analysis and is easy to deploy and operate.

In the first phase we aim to build a consortium of stakeholders to validate the development approach, standardise the benchmarking process, and develop a data-sharing approach to address any commercial, security and privacy concerns. The UK Climate Change Act of 2008 is seen as influential in creating the market opportunity.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
