Even before COVID-19, cyber-attacks cost the UK £34B a year, with 43% of firms attacked and SMEs especially vulnerable; it takes a mere seven days for a new IT vulnerability to be weaponised into a hacking technique but 205 days for it to be addressed. RISKREVELATION AI will use existing tools and services as primary data sources alongside behavioural science in order to offer tailored intelligence that incentivises and actively encourages people to prioritise the most important issues over easy fixes. It is rarely the easy fixes that cause breaches but the more complex misconfiguration or deep seated vulnerabilities (such as Log4j) that leave companies exposed. Reactive network monitoring tools do not help with these issues. Only a proactive approach will work. RISKREVALTION AI will collate data from a pleathora of data sources; penetration test, vulnerability management, threat management and SEIM to provide a single view of an organisation cyber risk and a true risk treatment system.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
