Through these activities, TFG works to break down the barriers to global trade. In response to the environmental challenges impacting businesses in the UK, we will deliver a free-of-charge app, the 'SME Green Growth App', for all UK SMEs to discover opportunities to optimise their worldwide supply chains, as well as access guidance on how to grow sustainably. This app will enable businesses to adapt and overcome some of the consequences of climate change and climate policies. Our current audience of 100k+ businesses will be the first users and this will grow month-on-month. We will deliver an app where SMEs can access a personalised data-driven profile. The profile will be targeted to their business output and will enable them to make informed procurement decisions. The information they receive will include: * Guidance on how to grow trade sustainably in different markets * Data on supply and demand of products by market * Education and support from industry experts * The latest government and regulatory guidance, for example on climate policies * ESG scoring of buyers and suppliers * Access other options to grow e.g. insurance This will remove barriers to growth. Sustainability can be daunting for SMEs; there are many regulations and rules.
