FoodSquared aims to facilitate a shift towards plant based diets by creating delicious, nutritious, sustainable and affordable plant based proteins and help create a more circular food system which maintains raw material sources and reduces the environmental impacts of food production and consumption in the UK and globally.

Our team of scientists will focus on bringing these new plant based protein ingredients to market here in the UK in collaboration with the Medway Food Innovation Centre (MFIC). Their research expertise and cutting-edge facilities will provide us support from proof of concept to scale and bring these new plant based ingredients to market.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
