Nearly half of neurodivergent professionals say they have quit or been pushed out after being misunderstood at work, draining organisations of hard-won skills and pushing recruitment costs sky-high. Neurowire is tackling this challenge head-on through a world-first combination of personality science, behavioural psychology, and artificial intelligence-driven workstyle intelligence.

Managers define team goals, which Neurowire translates into specific workstyle areas and micro-habits used by high-performing teams. Employees spend just ten minutes a week practising personalised behaviours anchored into their real workflows. Rather than relying on static surveys or one-off training, Neurowire captures structured behavioural signals from ongoing habit engagement, enabling a richer and more accurate understanding of how people actually work. This approach helps reduce behavioural friction, improve performance, and strengthen collaboration across diverse teams.

Behind the scenes, Neurowire’s cloud-native platform combines personality data, behavioural patterns, and organisational trends to generate dynamic workstyle profiles, live simulations, and a real-time team dashboard. Managers receive clear, data-driven guidance on running effective one-to-ones, aligning strengths to goals, and preventing friction before it escalates, while employees retain full control over their personal data.

Backed by Innovate UK, this six-month project will move Neurowire from prototype to Minimum Viable Product. The work will strengthen the platform’s workflows, data architecture, and user experience, integrate a GDPR-secure AI engine, and pilot the system with five high-growth UK SMEs. The project aims to reduce first-year staff turnover by 15% and improve productivity and engagement across participating teams. Independent data-privacy reviews will ensure the system remains transparent, fair, and bias-checked.

If Neurowire helps raise UK productivity growth by even 0.5 per cent a year, the long-term economic impact could add billions to national GDP. By funding this MVP, Innovate UK will support a breakthrough approach to behaviour change at work, strengthening inclusive employment, boosting competitiveness, and positioning the UK as a leader in data-driven productivity and workstyle innovation, delivered through an always-on, human-centred behavioural intelligence system.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
