We started off with a very sustainable business strategy of saving edible food that would otherwise have gone to waste. However, as we rapidly expand, the need to deliver higher volumes further afield grows. For example, we rented a milk float to service that demand. Other main challenges we face include optimising our packaging and reducing product wastage in the supply chain by developing a pasteurised product to extend shelf life.
