With several patient-focused apps already connecting patients to clinical care, we recognised the need for an improved pain logging feature deployable within our CRUM environment.

Our mission is to enhance the usability and accessibility of the body map functionality in our future apps, catering to patients of all knowledge levels. Children, older adults, and individuals with learning difficulties or limited English proficiency will benefit from a user-friendly and intuitive body map interface.

What sets us apart is our innovative approach. We prioritise user feedback and inclusivity, employing cutting-edge methodologies. By embracing a human-centred design, we ensure the body map caters to individual needs.

Our methodology rests on three pillars:

* Human-Centered Design: Engaging patients through focus groups and interviews, we tailor the body map to their preferences and challenges.
* Iterative Development: Continuously improving the interactive 3D body map based on patient and clinician feedback maximises engagement and ease of use.
* Inclusive Design: Collaborating with experts in accessible design we ensure the app reaches diverse patient groups.

Our project aims to empower patients to accurately log and track their pain experiences. By revolutionising pain assessment and management, we strive to make a significant impact in healthcare.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
