We have built a web and mobile platform that makes it easy for student unions and staff to collect, represent and act upon student feedback. The platform creates an environment in which students and staff engage in discussions that aim to bring about concrete improvements. We now in the process of mapping and developing our new feature, an analytics dashboard. It will allow student unions and staff to measure, review and monitor the effectiveness of student engagement and satisfaction at any time, using predefined key performance indicators to create customised report. In the future, with the analytics dashboard, we will provide universities the ability to benchmark their student satisfaction in real time against similar courses and departments within different universities."
