A key part of our product evolution is the development of a smart agent or AI “facilitator” which manages and intervenes in these online conversations to drive them to a conc lusion, keep track of decisions and help participants manage their engagement. This project will enable Synseer to develop the data models that will provide the foundations for this capability.
