A telematics system will be developed to provide real time mpg data and gas substitution rates and exhaust emissions will also be monitored using on-board emissions monitoring equipment, giving real world emissions data. The project will be supported by a new natural gas refuelling station at Swindon that will be accessible to third parties</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
